Leadership – the ability to discern God’s purpose for a group

A person who has been given the gift of leadership is able to set goals that are aligned with God’s purpose for the future. They are able to communicate these goals in such a way that others voluntarily and harmoniously work together to accomplish them for the glory of God. These people are concerned with the big picture and delegate the details to those who have been gifted in the appropriate area. In Romans 11:36 is says, "for from Him and through Him and to Him are all things."

"Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith." Hebrews 13:7
