Helps – the ability to enhance the effectiveness of the ministry of others

People who have been given the gift of helps invest their talents to help others in their ministry enabling them to increase the effectiveness of their own spiritual gifts. Often these people do not mind doing routine tasks, and are not looking for recognition. They enjoy attending to the needs of others. They are usually dependable, willing, reliable, willing and supportive.

“I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is a servant of the church in Cenchrea, that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and assist her in whatever business she has need of you; for indeed she has been a helper of many and of myself also.”
